Deon Gilbert

	Managing Director B.Bus (Banking & Finance)
	Deon has 9 years experience in the healthcare industry and is passionate about developing cutting edge products and delivering high levels of service. He has extensive knowledge in Pressure Redistribution and personally developed the extensive Jomor mattress range. His role as Managing Director involves him communicating with suppliers and clients whilst supervising the operations of the company.

Gerry Halpern

	National Sales Manager Dip Mech (Eng), Dip.Opt Disp
	Gerry has 30 years experience in the industry. He designed the world’s first floor line bed whilst employed as an engineering cadet by Henderson Hospital Equipment (predecessor to Hedicare). After significant success there he ran the capital equipment division of the Victorian Healthcare Association. At VHA he gained significant experience in fit outs of major Victorian hospital & nursing homes, included kitchen, laundry design, as well as theatre & ward equipment etc. Subsequently Gerry established & ran the respiratory division of L&R for 10 years. There he received his immense understanding of medical gases & their applications. Now as General Manager at Jomor Healthcare he also runs the sales & marketing department. His knowledge of the industry has proven valuable to his clients when establishing both greenfield & refurbished health care facilities, ultimately saving them time & money.
