Jomor Healthcare Products are designed & manufactured to high standards to ensure high quality and a long trouble-free life. To ensure you get the best from your Jomor Healthcare product read the operating instructions before switching on. Should you have any questions about its operation or connection to other equipment please contact your nearest Authorised Jomor Healthcare Dealer.

Jomor Healthcare hereby warrants to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of this product, that it will be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for:

  • 1 year on head & foot panels
  • 3 years on castors, motors, control boxes and hand sets
  • 1 to 10 years on mattresses
  • 15 years on frames

when assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it. This is in addition to the protection conferred by law.

Jomor Healthcare may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase. THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD RETAIN YOUR SALES SLIP OR INVOICE.

This Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts which prove defective under normal use and service and which on examination shall indicate, to Jomor Healthcare's satisfaction, they are defective. Before returning any parts, contact Jomor Healthcare on (03) 9551 9188. If the claim is approved, Jomor Healthcare will repair or replace such part without charge.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by someone other than an authorised Jomor Healthcare service centre, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance, or damage caused by fluctuations in the electrical current, or products purchased from someone other than an authorised Jomor Healthcare dealer, or any product, on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.

Jomor Healthcare does not authorize any person or company to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale, installation, use, removal, return, or replacement of its equipment; and no such representations are binding on Jomor Healthcare.
